The GoldMine package includes many prefabricated reports that are meant to cover a great many industries in a general fashion. If these reports satisfy your needs that is wonderful. You will soon be on your way. For those industries that have a more specific, or personalized needs, you will need to use a more advanced reporting process.

GoldMine supports custom reporting through either it's own report writer, or Seagate's Crystal Reports. CT-Innovations can customize reports for you, utilizing the special information that you keep in your GoldMine database. If you already have internal reports that you use, we can analyze those reports and utilize these reporting features to continue supporting your reporting needs.
