Don't waste any more time with printing a report, walking it to the fax machine, waiting in line, then finally getting a busy signal and realizing you've just blown 30 minutes. Send your fax to a fax server on your network and have the server send it for you. If there are other faxes ahead of you, it will hold your place in the queue. If the fax number is busy, it will keep trying for you. All you do is send the document to the server and get back to work.
